Comfort Zones are healthy. Constantly pushing out of your comfort zone can lead to poor health outcomes.

There are so many motivational quotes out there about how it’s so important to “get out of your comfort zone”. Yes, it is important for growth....BUT we equally need to know that it’s totally ok, and sometimes necessary to shift into cruise control sometimes. This is especially when we feel run down, or overly stressed. Ignoring these signs and continuing to “push through” can lead to anxiety and even depression. Know when to slow down, and give yourself permission to retreat into the safety of your comfort zone. This is your healing zone!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
